Spa Policy

Appointments   Please be prepared to provide a credit card or gift card number when booking an appointment.

Arrival Time   Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to orient yourself with our staff and allow us to gather information on possible allergies, medical history or other concerns. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Cancelling and Rescheduling Appointments

We require 24 hour advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services, and require 48 hour advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling of multiple services or packages.

  • We require that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card.
  • Your credit card will not be charged unless your cancelled/rescheduled appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings - just like you, we'd much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge you for a cancellation/rescheduling.
  • If we cannot fill your cancelled/rescheduled appointment/s you are responsible for the full cost of all services cancelled or rescheduled, regardless of the reason for cancelling or rescheduling. We charge this fee whether its a spontaneous weekend away, an emergency phone call that rearranges your day or the flu bug. We appreciate your understanding. Unfortunalely, there are no exceptions to this policy.
  • This policy is designed to provide compensation for our top-notch therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy also helps us retain the best service providers in the industry. 

Gift Cards and Certificates   Dermage Spa requires Gift Cards or Gift Certificates to be presented at time of payment for services. Please treat your Gift Card or Certificate as if it were cash, we cannot honor lost or stolen Gift Cards or Certificates. All Gift Card and Gift Certificate sales are final and non refundable.

Special Considerations   Please inform our staff if you are pregnant. No massage or body treatment can be received during the first 12 weeks (1st. trimester) of pregnancy, also if you have a heart condition, pacemaker, high blood pressure or had any recent surgeries. For our facial, peel, microdermabrasion and waxing guests please inform us in advance if you are using Retin-A, Renova, Retinol, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane or have had laser surgery.

Children   We ask that you make arrangements for your children prior to your visit to the spa. For safety reasons and all of our guests comfort, we regret that children are not permitted into the waiting room or any of the treatment rooms.

Misplaced Items   Dermage Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Gratuities   Are not included in the price of services or packages; however, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by staff. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk upon check out. The industry standard ranges from 15-20% of the service fee. Please note that gratuities cannot be placed on credit cards.

Spa Packages and Series   Any changes or substitutions to spa series or packages will forfeit any discounted prices.
