Spa Policy
Please be prepared to provide a credit card or gift card number when booking an appointment.
First time clients
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your actual appointment time in order to orient yourself with the staff and allow us to gather information on possible allergies, medical history or any other concerns.
Cancellations
A major credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We require 24 hour advance notice for any changes or cancellations of appointments and 48 hour advance notice for any changes or cancellations of packages, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee of all scheduled services will be charged to credit cards or gift cards on file. Appointments booked within 24 hours are 100% the responsibility of the client.
Gift Cards and Certificates
Dermage Spa requires Gift Cards or Gift Certificates to be presented at time of payment for services. Please treat your gift card or certificate as if it were cash, we cannot honor lost Gift Cards or Gift Certificates.
Arrival Time
Appointments begin promptly, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled service time. If you are late, the time may be deducted from your service in order to accomadate the next client's scheduled appointment time.
Special Considerations
Please inform our staff if you are pregnant, no massage or body treatments can be received during the first 12 weeks (1st. trimester) of pregnancy, also if you have a heart condition or pacemaker, have high blood pressure or had any recent surgeries. For our facial, peel, microdermabrasion and waxing clients please inform us in advance if you are using Retin-A, Renova, Retinol, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane or have had laser surgery.
Children
Dermage Spa is an adults only facility. We ask that you make arrangements for your children prior to your visit to the spa. For safety reasons and all of our guests comfort we regret that children are not permitted into the waiting room or any of the treatment rooms.
Misplaced Items
Dermage Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Please respect your fellow guests by not smoking, using cell phones or bringing pets into the building.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages; however, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by Dermage Spa staff. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk upon check out. The industry standard ranges from 15-20% of the service fee. Please note that gratuities cannot be put on credit cards.
